At MotoGP Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of racing history; if you are not, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all memorabilia and apparel remain in their original condition with all authentication holograms and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any Certificates of Authenticity or delicate display cases are well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
